Travera offers a new clinical diagnostic test developed at MIT and Dana Farber that is intended to predict clinical response to as many as 20 cancer drug therapies against your cancer cells.
You simply have a small sample of your live cancer cells sent to Travera in a special test kit and 2 days later your doctor receives an analysis of cellular response against as many as 20 different drugs, so you can better choose your next bridge therapy.
Travera’s Rapid Therapy Guidance test is available through our Early Access program, or a clinical trial that’s easy to enroll in.
How it works
Step 1
Ask your oncologist
Discuss Travera’s Rapid Therapy Guidance™ Test with your oncologist, who may contact Travera’s clinical support services for more information.
Depending on your specific case, your oncologist may either help you join the Early Access program or enroll you in a clinical trial.
Step 2
Provide your sample
Travera will ship a sample collection kit to the person or lab indicated by you or your physician. Once collected, your sample must be immediately placed in the provided temperature-controlled shipping kit and delivered to FedEx according to the provided instructions.
Travera will receive your sample within 24 hours and processes it promptly.
Step 3
Review your results
After just two days from your sample collection, your oncologist will be notified that your test results are ready to review online or via fax/paper.
